岗位职责

  • Support 24×7 data centre operations to ensure reliability, availability, and continuity of critical infrastructure and facility systems.
  • Perform continuous monitoring, routine patrols, and inspections of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, critical equipment, and facility infrastructure.
  • Conduct routine operational checks and performance monitoring of electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire protection, and critical systems.
  • Record, maintain, and report daily operating conditions, equipment performance, abnormalities, and system status updates.
  • Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and escalate critical troubleshooting issues to OEMs or specialized vendors when required.
  • Supervise OEMs, subcontractors, and service vendors performing maintenance and repair works on critical systems and facility equipment.
  • Ensure all vendor activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual requirements, operational procedures, and site safety regulations.
  • Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance and ad-hoc service activities while ensuring proper documentation and work completion.
  • Respond promptly to operational incidents, system alarms, equipment faults, and emergency situations within the data centre environment.
  • Execute incident escalation procedures in accordance with approved escalation matrices, emergency protocols, and operational governance standards.
  • Provide standby support, emergency response coverage, and shift replacement support when required.
  • Ensure smooth handover and takeover of operational responsibilities during shift transitions.
  • Carry out all operational activities in compliance with approved SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), MOPs (Method of Procedures), and EOPs (Emergency Operating Procedures).
  • Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety standards, operational governance, and critical infrastructure management procedures.
  • Support operational uptime, service reliability, and performance targets in line with SLA requirements.
