Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
• 2 years of experience in quality management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA), or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in data analysis, report creation, statistical modeling, and forecasting.
• Experience with power distribution switchgear in data centers or related environments.
• Experience in Design of Experiment (DOE), statistical analysis, process control, and the use of statistical software (e.g., JMP/SAS, Minitab).
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards related to mission operations (e.g., NFPA/NEC, UL), or equivalent.
