Serve as part of the COE for RightAngle operations, including BAU support, end-of-day (EOD) runs, static data maintenance, code/interface support, minor enhancements, and system configuration.
Collaborate with team leads for requirements gathering, custom code development (design, configuration, testing), reporting, and documentation.
Setup and manage test environments, both on-premises and cloud.
Ensure alignment with US Central Time to coordinate with client EOD and BAU hours.
Travel to client sites as required for deployment, support, and operational activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
Hands-on experience with RightAngle operations and system support.
Ability to handle BAU tasks, system configuration, and minor enhancements.
Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and reporting.
Knowledge of testing and managing both on-prem and cloud environments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with global teams.
Flexibility to work across US Central Time and travel to client sites as needed.
