Salesforce Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Build scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC/Aura), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, and security.

Domain & Process Expertise

• Implement and support Consumer Goods Cloud processes including retail execution, trade promotions management, and in-store visit tracking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate domain-specific requirements into Salesforce solutions.

Integration & Ecosystem

• Design and develop integrations with external systems and Salesforce AppExchange products.
• Ensure smooth data flow, synchronization, and performance between Salesforce and third-party platforms.

Quality & Delivery

• Apply best practices for Salesforce development, coding standards, and testing.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code aligned with project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support during deployment and post-implementation phases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with proven Consumer Goods Cloud expertise.
• Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC/Aura Components, Flows, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL .
• Knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud domain processes (retail execution, trade promotions, store visits).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and AppExchange products.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud certification or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Prior exposure to large-scale Salesforce implementations in FMCG/Retail domains.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
