Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage room reservations and guest inquiries
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in bookings
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is an advantage)
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate (knowledge of hotel PMS system is an added advantage)
• Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
