Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs such as orientation, customer service and selling skills to frontline staff

• Collaborate with Business Unit operations to identify training needs and design effective programs that align with their goals

• Support Manager in liaising with internal and external parties on training programs

• Evaluate training effectiveness, consolidate insights, and follow up with improvement actions

• Provide logistical support for training activities, including enrollment, materials preparation, venue set-up, and evaluation

• Perform clerical and administrative duties related to training and project events

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or business related disciplines

• 2-3 years’ relevant experience in learning and development. Experience in retail industry would be an advantage

• Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent and good team player with positive mindset

• Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, experience in using software of video production is an added advantage

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
