Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Review and abide by all company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook.
• Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.
• Review test results and coverage based on product specifications.
• Develop and maintain test tool programs according to product specifications.
• Optimize and improve the reliability and stability of test programs.
• Familiarize with production processes to increase the automation ratio of production lines.
• Coordinate with the contract manufacturer to plan and manage production schedules.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in programming (e.g., Python, Shell script), with the ability to run and validate programs in both Linux/Windows/UEFI environments.
• Familiar with audit techniques and quality system requirements.
• Ability to perform process analysis and problem solving.
• Familiar with production processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to use test tools/methodologies.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS with over 3 ~ 5 years
• Basic understanding or experience with programming or scripting tools (e.g., C, C++, VB, VC, Python, AI deep learning frameworks, Linux scripts) is preferred, with additional technical capability considered value-added.
• Language capability in English is preferred, while Mandarin proficiency may be beneficial and viewed as an added advantage
