岗位职责

Project documentation and project filing to all online sharing and offline platforms as per required
Ensuring that the files in the onboarding pack and online sharing platforms are up to date
Collation for certificate of insurance and submission to project compliance coordinator
To prepare formal project progress and other reports includes but not limited to weekly progress report, master schedule, risk register and audit documentation tracker
Supports in the preparation of the project execution plan
Liaise closely with the local project managers to obtain the information that is required
Ensure that the local project managers are aligned and accountable with the reporting information
To attend meetings and draft minutes
Support in the update of the program tracker and ensure that or data quality validation errors are resolved
Support in ensuring the relevant scores for the project key performance indicators are being achieved
Support the physical closure process of the projects
Liaise with project compliance coordinator to ensure all compliance documents are provided for project closure

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or equivalent
5 - 10 years of experience handling documentation within construction with manufacturing, industrial, data center preferred
Experience in using EDMS systems
Experience and knowledge of the main project management concepts, reporting, tools and techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear explanations
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
Fluent in spoken and written English.
