Position : WSMS Support Executive

Industry : Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Location: The Horizon Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Employment Type: 6 months contract with PERSOL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (50% field / 50% office or remote)

Salary range : RM3,000 - RM5,000 (based on experience & qualification)

About the Role

As a WSMS Support Executive, you will support the end-to-end deployment of the Workshop Management System (WSMS), from workshop acquisition and onboarding to training, system migration, and post-go-live support.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned workshops, helping them successfully adopt and maximize the use of the system while ensuring a smooth digital transformation journey.

What You'll Be Doing

Workshop Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Drive workshop recruitment and expansion into the WSMS programme.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned workshops.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding activities, including setup, activation, and user training.
• Build strong relationships with workshop owners and key stakeholders.

Training & User Enablement

• Conduct training sessions for workshop owners and staff.
• Support training initiatives for Sales teams and Dealer Sales Representatives (DSRs).
• Guide users on system functionalities and best practices with support from system vendors.

System & Data Migration Support

• Assist with migration of customer databases, inventory records, and financial transaction data.
• Support workshops throughout the system transition process.
• Ensure data accuracy and readiness during onboarding.

Post Go-Live Support

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and user support.
• Resolve system-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders when escalation is required.
• Monitor onboarding progress, system adoption, and active usage rates.
• Gather user feedback and recommend process and system improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Vendor teams to ensure successful programme implementation.
• Support rollout activities and continuous improvement initiatives across Malaysia.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Basic understanding of software applications and IT systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic data handling
• Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers

Added Advantages

• Experience in customer-facing, sales support, or business development roles
• Knowledge of finance-related processes such as invoicing and transactions
• Exposure to system implementation, onboarding, or user training activities

Travel Requirements

• This role involves travel to workshops across Malaysia.
• Travel allowance will be provided
• Own transportation is preferred
• No overseas travel required

Successful hires will be assigned to support either:

• North & Central Malaysia
• South & East Malaysia
