Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis & Design: Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document complex requirements. Translate these needs into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions, including both front-end and back-end components.
• System Integration: Develop and maintain APIs and integration points between new and legacy systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software and system issues, providing root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
• Lifecycle Management: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as a technical translator and bridge between non-technical stakeholders and the development team.

Qualifier:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or in a similar hybrid role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex queries.
• Demonstrated ability in systems design, including creating process flows, technical specs, and data models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
