Job Summary

Join ANJU, a pioneer in premium Korean dining and bar experience. We seek passionate chefs eager to learn and grow, ensuring food quality and safety while supporting kitchen operations under the Head Chef’s guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food that meets the quality and presentation standards set by the Head Chef
• Follow detailed cooking directions and fulfill recipe specifications accurately
• Inspect supplier deliveries to verify quality and correct quantities of ingredients
• Conduct regular stock taking of ingredients and supplies to maintain inventory accuracy
• Apply proper food safety and hygiene practices consistently in all kitchen activities
• Respond constructively to feedback to improve food preparation and service
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Organize kitchen tasks efficiently to support timely food preparation

• Demonstrate eagerness and ability to learn new culinary skills quickly
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen environment
