岗位职责

  • Supervise the on-site cleaning team in carrying out daily cleaning operations at the client’s premises.
  • Follow up on periodic schedules and client requests.
  • Assign duties and ad-hoc cleaning tasks to the site team.
  • Be hands-on in carrying out regular cleaning duties and maintaining overall cleanliness when required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address operational needs and feedback.
  • Identify equipment faults and report them to the client and management promptly.
  • Undertake any other duties or activities as assigned by management.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including non-weekend off days and AM, PM, or midnight shifts, depending on the job location.
  • Able to use web browsers and mobile applications.
  • Language: Able to read and speak fluent English, and write simple English.
  • Working Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
