岗位职责

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation specific to shipbuilding initiatives.
  • Meet up with main to get new jobs and follow the work schedules and finished the jobs on board vessel,
  • Manage project execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients, highlighting progress and any critical concerns.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental practices are integrated into project workflows and adhered to at all times.
  • Promote continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.
  • Co ordinate with workers and finished the job on work sites,
  • Regularly follow the main contractors to send the new quotes and follow the new assignments,
  • Co ordinate with management and workers to solve the issue.
