Job Description :

• Responsible for full set accounts, reconciliation reports
• Ensure prompt year end and month-end closings
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, management reporting
• Prepare and update tax and audit schedules
• Able to generate monthly P & L report for management review.
• Maintaining bank account balance
• Able to handle taxation submission, GST, CPF
• Oversee overall cashflow management, rolling cashflow projections
• Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries
• Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Handle payment for vendor, payroll and staff reimbursement
• Co-ordinate with internal and projects departments
• Perform filling and scanning document as needed

Job Requirement :

• MYOB accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years relevant experience, preferably in construction or engineeringindustry.
• Organized, good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
