**Job Summary**

Join our dynamic F&B team as a Human Resources Executive, where you'll drive HR initiatives to support our diverse workforce. You'll play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations in Singapore's vibrant food and beverage industry.



**Job Description**

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for restaurant and kitchen staff across multiple outlets

• Implement employee engagement programmes and performance management systems to enhance staff retention

• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work pass requirements, and industry-specific labour standards

• Support training and development initiatives for F&B operations and customer service excellence



**Job Requirements**

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Knowledge of Singapore employment law, MOM regulations, and work pass procedures

• Experience in F&B or hospitality industry preferred, with understanding of shift-based operations

• Singaporean/PR only
