Job Responsibilities

• Support our engineers with drawing and documentation; and tasks when required
• Provide support on tasks and projects assigned, including but not limited to:
  - Develop and build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function
  - Calculate cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labour, material, delivery and overhead
  - Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs and necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards
  - Design products using CAD, and consult with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible
  - Work with control engineer to optimize the sequence flow through the design optimization
  - Design for manufacturing DFM
  - Project management and participate in assembly, installation, operation, troubleshooting of equipment
  - Prepare BOM, Operation Manual, Training Manual, etc.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience
• Candidates with design experience in equipment precision design and automation, preferably in Semiconductor Industry, is advantageous
• Willing to support work outside of office hours when required
