We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Admin / Technical Coordinator with a construction background to support project execution, documentation control, site coordination, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, RTOs, Town Councils, suppliers, and stakeholders for project execution, site activities, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare, compile, and submit project documentation including OMM (Operation & Maintenance Manual), MOS (Method Statement), RA & SWP, PTW/SIC documents, quotations, servicing reports, and project handover documents.
- Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning (T&C), progress checks, and site coordination to ensure works are carried out according to project requirements.
- Prepare and manage HDB reports, project submissions, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support project teams by tracking schedules, coordinating rectification works, and following up on outstanding issues with relevant parties.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and project records to improve workflow efficiency and operational control.
- Assist in improving internal processes, systems, and project management workflows to enhance productivity and support business growth.
- Provide technical and administrative support to management.
Requirements
- Familiarity with construction documentation, site processes, and project coordination.
- Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation management.
- Independent, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Candidates with an engineering background will be an added advantage.
