Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of coffee machines at customer sites
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning procedures, and basic troubleshooting
Support senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing machine issues
Conduct functional checks to ensure machines operate according to standards
Prepare service reports and update job records accurately
