Responsibilities:

• Responsible for client's transactional needs and coordinate between clients, transaction services, business development, & coverage teams for transaction fulfilment and service performance.
• Advise clients on trade transactional practices & products.
• Support client service managers with their data-related tasks.
• Encourage client adoption of self-serve solutions to enable proactive service.
• Understand clients transactional routines, build relationships.
• Monitor client experience, client feedback & service quality.
• Support transformation projects like automation, streamlining of processes.
