Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Industry
• Position Title: Logistics & Warehouse Executive
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service team to fulfil customer orders.
• Handle customer enquiries by email and phone, including documentation, administration, and issue resolution.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing activities meet KPIs.
• Process customer billing invoices promptly.
• Prepare reports and data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Oversee section safety and communicate safety updates to the team.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Identify process improvements, develop SOPs, and ensure procedures are followed to improve efficiency.
• Monitor performance and quality standards and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on warehouse supervisory experience.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to take ownership and resolve issues proactively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
