Job Responsibilities :

- To support the production IT equipment e.g. : PC, Scanner and barcode printer

- First Level support on traceability system and escalation to software engineer on the system

- Data crunching of traceability system or generate the OP for customer/ production request - Helpdesk Support for production office user

- To suggest cost saving solution of IT equipment for manufacture environment

- To support System engineer on deployment of antivirus and system control tool

Job Requirement:

- Min 1 or 2 years work experiences in related field

- Strong interpersonal skill - Basic hardware and software knowledge

- Knowledge on Microsoft Product - Entry level on SQL knowledge

- This position require for rotate shift and OT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
