Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and solutions-oriented Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer to provide technical support while contributing to the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions. This role combines customer-focused technical assistance with artificial intelligence technologies to ensure reliable system performance, efficient problem resolution, and continuous product improvement.

The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide application and system support, and assist users with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related problems. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.

In addition to technical support responsibilities, you will contribute to AI projects by assisting with machine learning workflows, AI model integration, data preparation, model evaluation, and intelligent automation initiatives. You will help deploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications to ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, maintaining technical documentation, supporting software testing, managing incident resolution, and assisting with API integrations and cloud-based services. You will also provide user guidance, maintain knowledge bases, and contribute feedback that improves product quality and customer experience.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and passionate about emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of technical support processes, troubleshooting methodologies, and incident management.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, software applications, and system administration concepts.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data processing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud computing, and system integration concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar is an advantage.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and technical documentation practices.
  • Ability to analyze system logs, identify performance issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to users with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new AI technologies, cloud platforms, and technical tools.
