We are seeking a motivated and solutions-oriented Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer to provide technical support while contributing to the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions. This role combines customer-focused technical assistance with artificial intelligence technologies to ensure reliable system performance, efficient problem resolution, and continuous product improvement.
The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide application and system support, and assist users with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related problems. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
In addition to technical support responsibilities, you will contribute to AI projects by assisting with machine learning workflows, AI model integration, data preparation, model evaluation, and intelligent automation initiatives. You will help deploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications to ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, maintaining technical documentation, supporting software testing, managing incident resolution, and assisting with API integrations and cloud-based services. You will also provide user guidance, maintain knowledge bases, and contribute feedback that improves product quality and customer experience.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and passionate about emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and continuous learning.
