Job Description

Our Social Work Associates will be responsible for providing support service to the Medical Social Workers (MSWs) in the Medical Social Work Department.

Job Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities include:

• Providing frontline service to man the outpatient clinics counters
• Attending to clinic patients’ and their families’ enquiries
• Administering welfare schemes
• Conducting financial assessment interviews
• Supporting MSWs to provide casework follow-up
• Making home visits, accompanying and escorting patients on errands
• Arranging for employment opportunities for patients
• Providing administrative support for keeping and compilation of statistics
• Handling reception and other office clerical duties.
  
  

 Requirements

Competency

• Experience in a related field is preferred
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  
  

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Diploma or A-level
