UWCSEA East is looking for a Security Command Supervisor (Day/Night Shift) to bridge ground operations and executive leadership. Moving beyond basic guarding, you will actively manage daily command center functions, exercise supervisory power over site operations, and maintain strict safety protocols to ensure a secure, supportive environment for our vibrant, diverse community.

The Day-to-Day

• Assist the Security Executive in overseeing night shift operations and managing outsourced security team performance.
• Monitor and manage essential campus safety and security systems within the Fire Command Centre.
• Conduct random inspections, verify safety precautions, and maintain accurate documentation, including incident reports.
• Lead security induction and training programs to ensure team members maintain excellent institutional knowledge.
• Act as the Emergency Response Coordinator during night operations to handle unusual incidents swiftly and appropriately.

The Details

• Minimally a WSQ-certified Security Supervisor with a valid PLRD Security Licence.
• Possess an O Level, Higher Secondary, or Professional Certificate/NiTEC qualification.
• CERT training is highly advantageous, along with strong leadership capabilities for night operations.
