We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help take our business to the next level.

We are a business that is managed by numbers , and we are looking for a chef who understands that a successful kitchen is built on great food, strong leadership, consistency, cost control, and smart decision-making.

The right person will be passionate about food, but also confident working with targets, budgets, food costs, wage costs, stock control, and kitchen performance. We want someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and sees the bigger picture of how a kitchen contributes to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation
• Managing food costs, stock control, wastage, and ordering
• Working closely with management to achieve business targets
• Creating and improving menu items with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer experience
• Ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently during service
• Training and mentoring junior chefs
• Bringing fresh ideas, innovation, and a proactive mindset to the business
• Taking responsibility for kitchen systems, procedures, and overall performance
