Position: Logistics Executive
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Arrange transportation, schedule pickups, deliveries and communicate with carriers or freight forwarders.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (delivery orders, invoices, packing lists and customs documentation).
- Ensure all logistics transaction are updated in Navision systems.
- Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely accurate deliveries.
- Experience in L/C negotiation, International Trade Terms and regulatory requirements and processes.
- Liaison and co-ordination with customer, supplier, internal teams including third party warehouse on the delivery arrangement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and service level.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and forwarders.
- Prepare logistics-related reports such as delivery performance and logistics cost analysis.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related fields preferred.
- 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in Logistics, shipping or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms), transportation process, and customs procedures is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Navision Systems.
- Strong organization skills with great teamspirit focus on details and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external parties.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
