As an E‑commerce Operations Coordinator , you will join a dynamic, fast‑growing international e‑commerce team and help ensure the reliability and execution of Lexibook’s online marketplace operations.
This role sits at the crossroads of marketplace launches, catalogue management, data quality, compliance follow‑up, and operational coordination . You will work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, compliance, tech) and external partners to ensure smooth go‑lives, accurate product data, and consistent performance across regions.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international marketplace launches and ensure smooth go‑live execution
• Maintain accurate product catalogues and data across e‑commerce platforms
• Monitor live marketplaces and proactively resolve catalogue, feed, compliance, or operational issues
• Create and optimize product content (descriptions, images, enhanced content) to improve listing quality in collaboration with the marketing team
• Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and operational files , and support management with follow‑ups, reporting, and ad‑hoc requests
• Act as a reliable coordination point between internal teams, partners, and platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, E‑commerce, Marketing, Data Management, Information Systems , or a related field
• First experience in e‑commerce operations, marketplace management, catalogue or data management
• Strong interest in e‑commerce, marketplaces, AI & emerging technologies
• Comfortable managing product data using Excel and structured files
• Detail‑oriented, organized, process‑driven; data‑accuracy focused
• Clear communicator with strong coordination, negotiation & commercial acumen
• International mindset , team‑oriented, able to synthesize information effectively
• Fluent in English mandatory (additional languages are a plus)
