• Perform general repair and building maintenance especially air conditioning, plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
• Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps and etc.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment including furniture, wall crack, and painting work.
• Maintain hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner
