Role Description

The SA will design and implement robust, scalable, and innovative technical solutions to meet business needs.

• Basic Salary: RM8,000–30,000
• Work Locations: Q Sentral (hybrid, with flexible remote working options)
• Travel Requirements: Regular travel within Malaysia and overseas (mileage claims provided)
• Working Hours: Flexible, with OT for deadlines or urgent requests (no OT claims, but late start allowed after OT)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional needs.
• Define architecture blueprints, standards, and frameworks.
• Guide development teams in translating designs into practical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when beneficial.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to delivery.
• Oversee integration efforts.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable architectures.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with API integration, microservices architecture, and middleware technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Django, NodeJS, React, React Native).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
• Experience in IT security and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with data modeling, big data, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centric design considerations.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies.
