Job Scopes:

• Responsible for quantity measurement, progress claim, verify.
• Subcontractor certificate, variation order and final account settlement.
• Establish and evaluate quotation from suppliers and subcontractors. Manage in materials order and cost control.
• Prepare bill of quantity for tender. To handle other QS duties or related job as assigned by Superior.
• Handle and maintain the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.

Requirements: Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Building/Civil/Structural Engineering/Construction or equivalent).
• Min 2 years experiences in QS or construction related job.
• Responsible, Self-Motivated and well organized.
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
