DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, review, and submit key project documents such as schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and monthly reports.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of installation schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Coordinate and support site operations for materials, manpower, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
• Make decisions on the spot and demonstrate strong adaptability in dynamic situations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations to maintain a safe and legal working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and automation to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Document lessons learned and best practices to improve future projects and team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and control engineers, to integrate systems effectively.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma​/Higher Nitec​ in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Knowledge in automation design of the control system (Hardware & Software).
• Experience in motor control, hardware and software designs with controls using PLCs an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and oral to liaise with associates.
• Good analytical reasoning, theoretical approach and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Hands on experience on wiring assembly and installation will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS office and other relevant software like AutoCAD.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to project sites and overseas at short notice

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
