What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, including monitoring progress, managing resources, and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
• Oversee the implementation of construction plans, specifications, and safety protocols
• Conduct site inspections, identify and resolve potential problems, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress and performance
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of work
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
• Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and reports
• Familiarity with construction project management software and tools

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
