BIM Coordinator

Benefits:

• 0-20% Monthly Performance Related Pay
• 2% Monthly Medical Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modelling:

• Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing and MEP systems using Revit.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other trades to resolve clashes and drawing issues.
• Support drawing submissions and project documentation.

Engineering & Coordination Support:

• Assist in project coordination and drawing reviews.
• Support site teams in resolving drawing discrepancies when required.
• Attend coordination meetings and site visits when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software.
• Experience or exposure to BIM modelling for MEP services.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing-related BIM modelling.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction projects and BIM workflows.
• Experience with HDB projects will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
