Hiring: Admin Executive (Training Department)
Looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our growing Training Department! If you thrive in a structured yet fast-paced learning environment, we want you!
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm) or Flexible days
Location: Woodlands (Walking distance from MRT)
Key Responsibilities
Course Management: Handle course registrations, manage course schedules/runs, and process payment collections.
Trainer & Trainee Coordination: Coordinate schedules with trainers and send out attendance reminders to participants.
Training Logistics: Manage course registrations and ensure all training arrangements run smoothly.
General Admin Support: Manage incoming emails/phone calls and maintain/monitor office and pantry supplies inventory.
Ad-hoc Duties: Support the team with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred (experience in a training/education environment is a plus!).
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Candidates with some social media background will have an advantage.
Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Availability: Able to start immediately or on short notice preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
