Retail Trainee Program

Are you a recent graduate passionate about fashion and people, but unsure where to start your career? Our exclusive 18-month Retail Trainee Program is designed to fast-track your growth into a future retail leader. This is not just a job, it's an immersive journey into the heart of our dynamic business across two of Asia's most vibrant retail hubs: Hong Kong and Singapore.

You will gain hands-on, frontline experience in every aspect of modern retail operations, from customer service to data analytics, while developing the cross-cultural agility essential for today's global market. This program is your direct pathway to leadership, with high-performing trainees being promoted to Assistant Store Manager upon graduation.

What You Will Experience & Achieve:

This structured rotation is designed to build a holistic skill set:

• Sales Leadership: Drive sales by converting foot traffic, mastering upselling techniques, and contributing to team targets. Gain exposure to shift coordination.

• Data-Driven Retail: Learn to analyze sales reports and customer data to generate actionable insights for business improvement.

• Local Market Mastery: Analyze and adapt strategies for different Hong Kong retail landscapes (tourist hubs vs. residential areas, malls vs. department stores).

• Customer Service & Styling: Become an expert brand ambassador, providing exceptional service, personalized styling advice, and professionally handling customer feedback.

• Store Operations: Master daily procedures, including opening/closing, cash handling, visual merchandising standards, and loss prevention.

• Inventory & Supply Chain Insight: Work with the buying team to monitor stock levels, perform replenishment, and understand the cycle from warehouse to shop floor.

• Market Adaptation: Deep-dive into Singaporean consumer behavior, exploring preferences, omnichannel shopping habits, and seasonal trends.

• Cross-Cultural Retail Practice: Hone your ability to adapt communication and service styles for a diverse clientele. Act as a cultural bridge, sharing best practices between our HK and SG teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

• High Diploma or above in any discipline; backgrounds in Business, Fashion, Hospitality, or Marketing are a plus).

• Current frontline retail sales who are seeking to leverage their hands-on skills into a formal management and leadership role.

• Individuals genuinely curious about fashion, retail dynamics, and career growth, even if their path isn't yet defined.

• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• A customer-centric mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Resilience, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn from the ground up.

• Open to travelling to Singapore for business and training purposes.
