What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement
- Assist with performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
- Provide employee support and manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with the company's overall strategy and objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
What we're looking for
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in a customer service or call centre environment
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with diplomacy and discretion
- Proficient in HR software and database management
- A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
