Role Summary
The Pricing Analyst plays a key role in supporting deal pricing and profitability across the Asia Pacific region. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to optimize deal structures, improve margins, and ensure competitive, compliant pricing strategies in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support deal pricing and structuring across AP region, with occasional cross-geo collaboration
Partner with Sales and Product teams to define competitive, compliant product offerings
Conduct pricing and bid analysis to optimize revenue, margin, and customer value
Identify and drive margin improvement and recovery initiatives across deals and accounts
Perform detailed financial and profitability analysis (account, component, and attach level)
Ensure pricing governance and due diligence across multiple stakeholders and regions
Align deal strategy with broader business and commercial objectives
Collaborate with global commercial, finance, and alliance teams to support account funding and strategy
Skills & Experience
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or sales operations
Strong understanding of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization
