Job Description

1. Track orders diligently, ensuring prompt delivery and reviewing the quality of purchased products to maintain our high standards.

2. Manage inventories meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices for accurate and efficient inventory management.

3. Assist in overseeing a fleet of dedicated delivery drivers, ensuring their schedules are well coordinated and optimized.

4. Coordinate the end-to-end delivery process meticulously, prioritizing the timely delivery of goods and maintaining clear communication with all involved stakeholders.

5. Conduct thorough audits of all relevant documents, meticulously checking document accuracy, including document number, customer-supplier details, dates, item codes, quantities, and values, to ensure seamless alignment between documents and systems.

6. Enter and update required information promptly into relevant databases and spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail.

7. Handle customer claims efficiently by promptly keying in, updating, and following up with customers and suppliers, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

8. Maintain a strong commitment to quality of work, ensuring that all tasks are executed and completed within the defined timelines.

9. Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics department, fostering effective communication and coordination to facilitate prompt and accurate delivery to our valued customers.

10. Assist with ad-hoc issues and duties that may arise from time to time, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
