Basic Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,500 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Transport Allowance: RM 500 per month

1.5% commission on all sales converted by you.

RM 100 bonus for every 200 new members added to our WhatsApp groups.

Work Locations:

• 3 days at TTDI, Kuala Lumpur
• 3 days at Putrajaya

Job Description & Scope:

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Content Creator & Live Host to join our growing team. If you love being in front of the camera, know how to engage an online audience, and want a role where your hustle directly impacts your paycheck, this is for you!

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Short-Form Content Creation: Brainstorm, shoot, and edit engaging 12-second videos tailored for modern social media algorithms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) to drive brand awareness and traffic.
• Live Hosting: Act as the face and voice of our brand during live streaming sessions. You will engage with viewers, showcase products/services, answer questions in real-time, and drive live sales conversions.
• Social Media & Community Management: Take charge of daily postings and audience engagement across Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Community Growth: Actively build and nurture our WhatsApp community groups, converting casual followers into loyal members and customers.

Requirements:

• Confident, charismatic, and comfortable being on camera/hosting live sessions.
• Basic skills in mobile video editing (CapCut, TikTok editor, etc.) and a good understanding of what makes short-form content go viral.
• Excellent communication skills with a sales-driven mindset.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage online communities (Facebook & WhatsApp).
• Must be willing and able to commute to TTDI (3 days/week) and Putrajaya (3 days/week).
• Previous experience in live streaming, social media management, or sales is a strong advantage.
