Job Description – Construction Engineer (Precast Industry)

• Review and interpret precast drawings, structural designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with design engineers on mold design, reinforcement layout, and lifting points.
• Plan production schedules and installation sequences.
• Supervise precast element manufacturing (molds, reinforcement, concrete casting, curing).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (dimensional accuracy, surface finish, strength tests).
• Monitor pre-tensioning and post-tensioning processes for prestressed elements.
• Plan logistics for transporting precast components to site.
• Supervise erection/installation of precast beams, slabs, walls, and columns.
• Ensure safe lifting, alignment, and grouting during assembly.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation and progress reports.

Education: Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering.

Experience: 2–5 years in precast concrete or structural construction preferred.

Skills:

• Knowledge of precast production methods (molds, curing, prestressing).
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM software for shop drawings.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Safety and quality assurance awareness.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
