Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer complaint handling strategies related to product quality, packaging, and product usage.
- Coordinate with internal departments to investigate issues, provide solutions, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure mutual understanding of product quality and production capabilities.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend improvements for products and services.
- Organize customer meetings, factory visits, and product knowledge training sessions.
- Coordinate and monitor outsourced product quality to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with factory and QA teams on production planning, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present quality reports, meeting summaries, and improvement plans to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and supervise quality-related meetings to support product and service enhancement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of glass production is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within an industrial setting.
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Ability to work in high-temperature environments typical of glass production facilities.

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
