You will support daily vessel operations by coordinating with crew, agents, and stakeholders, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth maritime operational activities.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in Maritime Operations, Administration, or a similar role, preferably within the maritime industry (manning/vessel operations)
Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Logistics, or related field
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders including vessel crew, agents, and port authorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems and software
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
Knowledge of maritime operations, shipping procedures, and regulations would be an added advantage
Handling clerical duties such as filing, document management, and data entry
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address operational queries and requests
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and operational documents
Coordinating and supporting the planning and execution of maritime operations
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
