POSITION: SITE SUPERVISOR

• Specialist construction job.
• Monitor and follow up on construction work progress and ensure progress is on schedule.
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Attend site inspections and verify work done to standards and comply with construction plans. Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and requirements.
• Ensure works daily assigned jobs are carry out effectively and productively to meet client requirements
• Able to manage and control workers accordingly.
• Monitor and control material usage at project site.
• To manage site meeting, coordination meeting, progress meeting and other meeting where required
• To manage site & documentation including daily reports, job-sheets, material records and foreign worker's attendance record on the inspection requirement with the client and consultant.
• Keep proper record of site related document.
• Resolving on-site issues and challenges promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Willing to relocate.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
