Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives in talent development, learning experience, L&D processes, policies, and best practices.
Assist in the design, development, and delivery of leadership development programs for team leaders, supervisors, and newly promoted managers.
Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and provide effective L&D solutions promptly.
Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs and interventions.
Coordinate with content providers and internal stakeholders to maintain quality learning content and user experience.
Explore and implement interactive, digital, and multimedia learning solutions to enhance engagement and learning effectiveness.
Support the development of creative learning materials, e-learning content, and learning interventions.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, Organizational Development, or other HR-related functions.
Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or HR-related functions would be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to provide practical and integrated L&D solutions to stakeholders promptly.
Experience in managing LMS/LXP platforms will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, e-learning tools, or digital learning content creation will be an added advantage.
