Responsible for cost planning, feasibility studies, preliminary cost estimation, procurement advice, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations. Manage quantity measurement, Bills of Quantities (BQ) preparation, tender documentation, subcontractor/vendor quotations, and cost database management. Handle project cost control including variations, interim payments, claims, final accounts, site instructions, and contractual dispute advice while performing other assigned quantity surveying duties.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
