Job Description
Income Insurance is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Shared Services team, which delivers administrative support for Motor Claims within the Consumer GI Operations Department.
As an executive in this team, your role will encompass Operation Excellence, Data Analysis and Reporting as well as Stakeholder Liaison and Collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence
- Preparation of documents/letters for policyholders, claimants, lawyers and surveyors
- Assignment of survey requests/pre-repair inspections and attending to tender invitations within the same day.
- Checking and approving payment based on instructions from the Claims Teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Management of critical system requirements including onboarding, offboarding, process improvement/enhancements and production issues to maintain system integrity and operational fluency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Extract and analyse weekly and monthly reports, providing insights to drive informed decision-making to improve services and aligning with departmental KPIs.
- Stakeholder Liaison and Collaboration
- Acting as a liaison with workshops for payment discrepancies, fostering stronger relationships and promoting a culture of collaboration.
- The role also manages queries from auditors which will help maintain our organization’s credibility and compliance.
- Manage procurement requirements including annual renewals.
Qualifications
- GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma holder
- Certification in CGI is an added advantage.
- Administrative experience in GI though not compulsory.
- Organised and with strong communication skills.
- Team Player who is self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
