Site Supervisor / Coordinator

Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations and supervise construction workers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are carried out according to project schedules and specifications.
• Ensure construction works and materials comply with project requirements and relevant regulations.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members as required.
• Prepare daily site reports and update work progress to the Operations Manager or Site Engineer.
• Assist with site measurements, progress claims, and preparation of as-built sketches/drawings.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Possess a valid Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) certificate.
• Knowledge and experience in Fire Protection Systems will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in preparing progress claims and as-built drawings.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
