About the role

Techive Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Technician to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to our clients in the Woodlands North Region. The role offers flexibility and the chance to work on a variety of projects.

What you'll be doing

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a range of technical equipment and systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
• Perform installation works and configure new equipment
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on work progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to collaborate with others and work well on a team
• Document all work performed and provide reports to management
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Require on shift duty system (day or night )
• Follow company procedures and safety policies

What we're looking for

• Secondary O Level /SPM / Diploma or equivalent academic qualification
• Relevant technical qualifications or a proven track record in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of a variety of technical equipment and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining safety standards
