Position Summary
The Procurement Manager will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Procurement Team and cross-functional project teams in Hong Kong. This role ensures efficient procurement processes, accurate documentation, and timely coordination between internal stakeholders and external vendors—particularly within interior design and fit-out projects for office and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and track purchase orders in compliance with internal policies and financial controls.
Maintain up-to-date vendor records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Carry out procurement and sourcing processes, including negotiating optimal terms for the business.
Support project teams by managing procurement-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor delivery timelines and assist with invoice reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate supplier meetings, including scheduling and materials preparation.
Maintain and update project trackers to ensure visibility of procurement milestones and deliverables.
Other administrative tasks to support the operation of the wider D&B Construction Management Team
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 year of relevant experience in procurement, administration, or project support.
Diploma or above preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint;
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written).
Be a team player with good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently.
Prior experience using procurement platforms is preferred.
