Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall supervision and control of Front Desk operations
• To ensure smooth operations and maximum yield and customer satisfactions accordingly to standards established by hotel
• To maintain and control the room status and coordinate with other departments to ensure operations work smoothly

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• 4 years relevant experience with at least 1 year at supervisory level
• Mature, independent, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
